Hemel Hempstead Conservation Volunteers is a voluntary group working on practical nature conservation locally. The group usually goes out on Sunday to work on projects that will in some way improve the local environment. The work is very varied, and includes; pond restoration, scrub clearance, tree planting, and footpath work - all vital contributions to the conservation of our countryside.
